Black and Gold Balloon Garland DIY Kit

Create your own beautiful balloon display with our PartyChums DIY Balloon Garland Kit. Each kit includes 126 latex balloons in a carefully selected combination of colors and sizes to create a full, organic-style balloon garland.

Each Kit Includes:

• 126 assorted latex balloons

• 5", 10", 12" and 18" balloon sizes

• Balloon decorating strip

• Balloon glue dots

• Balloon ribbon

Balloons arrive uninflated. Assembly and inflation are required. Helium is not required to create the garland.

Please note that balloon colors may appear slightly different due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and inflation. Styled event photos are for inspiration and display purposes. Props, backdrops, furniture, flowers, signs, and other decorations shown are not included unless specifically stated.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your PartyChums purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the balloon garland kit must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all balloons and accessories included.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or arrived damaged.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact PartyChums as soon as possible after delivery and include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

For safety and quality reasons, opened or partially used balloon kits cannot be returned.
